Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside to rest. In the same skillet, add olive oil and butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and cook until pink (2-3 minutes). Stir in lemon juice and parsley, tossing to coat the shrimp in the buttery sauce.
