Remember you can always go up in weight, so start light! This is 10 lbs 2. Front Scale to single leg Plié This is the first of several progressions working up to a cabriole which will strengthen balance, stability (think about all our single leg take offs and landings), form and presentation. 3. Assisted press to handstand increase or decrease the incline based on the needs of your gymnast! We will alternate this warm up with one other for about a month before changing it up.
