Symbol: we created the Pashi’s symbol from a cross-section of a sourdough bread. Kelesztő is an artisan bakery and meeting point in Szekszárd, Hungary. Since the basic idea (good bread brings good people together) could start a tradition in town, I took inspiration from the traditional color usage and embroidery of the area.
