These 2 ingredient Nutella croissants are so easy! Made with puff pastry (or crescent rolls) and baked or air fried, these Nutella-filled croissants are flaky, buttery, warm, gooey, chocolatey, and so delicious!

Alex Trim on Instagram: "Croissant & Nutella Bread Pudding Recipe inspired by @thenovicechef 12 stale medium sized croissants @nutella for filling 3 whole eggs 7 egg yolks 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup milk 0.75 cup granulated sugar 1.5tsp cinnamon 0.5tsp nutmeg 2tsp vanilla paste 1tsp salt -Preheat oven to 375f -Cut croissants in half and fill with Nutella -Cut each croissant into 1.5” pieces -Arrange croissants in a 3qt baking dish -Combine eggs, dairy, sugar, spices and whisk well until combined -Pour egg mixture over croissants and let sit 10 minutes -Cover the dish with foil lightly coated with oil -Bake for 60 minutes covered, then 10 more minutes without the foil -Let sit 20 minutes before cutting and serving with Nutella sauce -Enjoy Cookware: @mauviel.1830.usa Knife: @kikuichi.
