2 Good Quality Ham slices 
Tomato slices 
Low Carb Mayo 
(or other sauce you like)
Grounded Black Pepper 
Other seasonings you like

HOW TO MAKE:
• Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
• Add shredded cheese onto the pan, spreading into circles.
• Cook until edges are crispy and golden brown.
• Carefully lift with a spatula and place on a plate.
