This quick paneer recipe will win your heart. Basic spices & nothing else. The bold pepper & tanginess from the lemon elevates the dish to another level. 

Method: 
-Take 200g paneer cut into small cubes. 
-Add in 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2tsp black pepper, 1/2tsp white pepper, half a lime juice, some fresh coriander & salt to taste. 
-Keep aside for 5min. 
-Now in a pan, add 2-3 dry red chillis, chopped green chillis, few curry leaves. 
-Let everything splutter. 
-Add 1 small onion chopped. Cook till light golden brown. 
-Add the marinated paneer & toss everything well. 
-Cook on medium high flame till the paneer is lightly brown.
