1. HIP THRUSTS 

Why I like it: the movement pattern is simple. You lengthen your glutes at the bottom and then load them as you rise up. Think of your muscles like a rubber band. They get a whole bunch of power if you can lengthen it before unloading it.

2. STAGGERED STANCE HINGE
