Remove & keep aside  Now Roast ½ Cup Makhanas till Crisp. Ingredients-
Sabudana- 1 cup
Potato- 1/2 cup 
Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Green chillies- 2
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder- 1 tsp
Sendha namak- I tsp
Roasted peanuts- 1/2 cup
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Cooking oil- 2-3 tbsp

Directions-
1. Wash 1 cup sabudana, drain out the water completely & soak it in 1/2 cup water for 2-3 hours or overnight. 
2. ⁠Add in it boiled mashed potato, finely chopped fresh coriander, chopped green chillies, pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, sendha salt, roasted coarsely ground peanuts & lemon juice. Mix everything well.
