Anyways, these are super easy and cute! Perfect for any summer day or your Fourth of July party. This yields 12 bites. Ingredients: * 1 small watermelon. * 1 large block of feta. * 1/4 cup honey. * 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar. * 2 tsp crused red pepper. * Fresh mint. * 1/4 cup pistachios (crushed). Directions: 1. Add the honey, crushed peppers and balsamic to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Turn off when it coats the back of a spoon. Let it cool. 2. Cut your watermelon in half and then carve a rectangle out of each half. 3. Match the size of your feta block to the watermelon rectangle or viceversa. 4. Slice the feta in 2, lengthwise as whown in the video to get 2 rectangles out of it. 5. Slice the watermelon in half the same way. 6. Place a piece of watermelon in the bottom, the feta in the center then watermelon. Cut into 6 squares. Repeat with remaining feta and watermelon. 7. Top with the honey, pistachios, mint and skewer. #feta #watermelon #summerbites #appetizers #hothoney #easyrecipes | Nadia Aidi | Facebook
