30min · 2 servings Ingredients • 1.5 lb Brussels sprouts • 1 tbsp olive oil if needed Seasonings • 3 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp paprika • 1/2 tsp pepper • 1/4 tsp salt • 2 tbsp panko crumbs optional Bang bang sauce • 3 tbsp Japanese mayo • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce • 1 tbsp Sriracha • 1 tsp sesame oil Instructions • Rinse Brussels sprouts and pat dry. Cut off the ends of each Brussels sprout and cut into two. Cutting into two should remove the outside layer, if not just peel it off. • In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the seasonings. Add Brussels sprouts and coat it by tossing or by using your hands. If you added the panko crumbs, drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil. • Transfer to the air fryer basket and cook at 375 F for 10-15 mi
