I doubled the recipe to make a whole cookie sheet of it so we could share. I used 2 cups shredded mozzarella, 2 cups Parmesan, 2 eggs and 2tsp Italian seasoning. I mixed it all up and spread it on a parchment lined cookie sheet, topped with pepperoni and baked at 350 for 25 min. The whole sheet pan is 24-25 carbs. I'm eating 1/4 of it with a couple spoons of pizza sauce for dipping.

In another bowl, pour in some @porkkinggood ranch pork rind crumbs and sprinkle in some @porkkinggood ranch seasoning. • 4.
