Snake.io is the classic snake reimagined in a massive multiplayer arena. You steer a growing snake, eat glowing pellets to extend, and trap other players by positioning your body so they can't avoid the crash. Simple controls, endless variation — every match plays differently based on who's on the map. Developed by Kooapps and available across iOS, Android, Amazon, WebGL, and Apple Arcade since 2016. How to play

Move with the mouse (or drag on mobile). Change direction with mouse, WASD keys, or arrow keys. Hold left mouse click or spacebar for a speed boost at the cost of some length. Other snakes die if their head touches your body; when they die, their length turns into food you can grab to accelerate your growth. The game is designed for landscape mode — rotate your mobile device before playing.

Playstyles

Different players approach the arena differently. Some farm food carefully, staying away from the center until they're much bigger than average. Others boost aggressively into kills, trading length for position. Long-term top-scorers generally farm first and only engage when they have a clear size advantage — panic boosting is the #1 way to die small.
