We’ve just announced the closing of Particula’s $15M growth funding round, led by Elah Fund, with the continued support and participation of our great current investors- Dov Moran of Grove Ventures and Anton Fedorov of Flashpoint. Thanks to all our partners at Elah Fund for a quick, professional and flawless process. And, thrilled to welcome Calanit Valfer to our Board of Directors💪 Thanks for the trust and support of all other participating shareholders and new ones that joined Gokul Rajaram Tamara Rajaram, MD. And last, but certainly not least, our great partners at Discount Tech for growing with us and being an important part of this round Guy Navon, PhD Yaron Wilczynski. On a personal note, I’m humbled to have had the privilege and responsibility of leading this funding round from A to Z, along side great, great partners- our CEO Udi D., and my colleagues Amit Dor & Doron Kasmi. After two weeks visiting our factory partners and making sure our products are made in the best way with the best quality, doing that fine tuning that makes everything much better before it reaches our customers, I can finally sleep well at night ;) super confident that we're in the best hands possible. I was so happy to see the first production of our GO HAMMOCK, which is just flying off the shelves SO QUICK and people love it so much! Sales are running and the growth is in the right momentum. I can't wait to see the reaction of all of our amazing customers who are waiting patiently to get their hammock too. And the most amazing part of all of this is understanding how many lives we're going to upgrade now with this product and the next products to come. This really is the best feeling ever. Now I'm in the US heading into a long road trip for while I’m visiting and selling to local specialty shops, meeting with major accounts and recruiting sales reps who want to join the LISS family, all in order to expand our reach to the end users through the retail channel that we really believe in. Soon we're going to attend the Outdoor Retailer show in Minneapolis, MN, and right after that we're going to be at the Surf Expo in Orlando, FL, for the fifth time already! we're so excited to launch the start of our outdoor product line to the retail channel for the first time! Meanwhile we keep moving forward at full power, keep hitting the goals we set for ourselves, and pushing toward the vision of redefining the outdoor space. 😁😁💪🏽

Apple has taken a bold leap forward in audio and AI technology with its acquisition of Israeli audio AI startup Q.ai, reportedly in the ~$1.6 B-$2 B range in one of Apple’s largest deals in years. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲? Apple has acquired Q.ai, an Israel-based artificial intelligence company focused on cutting-edge audio and “silent speech” interpretation tech. The startup specializes in machine-learning tools that help devices interpret whispered speech and enhance audio in challenging environments - including technologies that analyze facial micromovements for communication and emotion detection. This deal brings ~100 Q.ai team members - including CEO Aviad Maizels , and co-founders Yonatan Wexler and Avi Barliya - into the Apple ecosystem. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬: This marks one of Apple’s largest AI-focused acquisitions ever and is a clear signal of intensified competition in AI, wearable devices, and next-gen interfaces. It builds on Apple’s push to improve on-device intelligence and audio experience, - potentially impacting future versions of AirPods, Vision Pro, iPhone experiences, and Siri. Notably, Q.ai’s founder, Aviad Maizels, previously built PrimeSense, the company behind the tech that helped power Apple’s FaceID - showing a track record of transformative technology. Founder: “It feels like everything is possible in AI right now.” Me (VC): “That’s true. And that’s exactly what makes this moment tricky.” Investing in pre-seed Israeli AI startups never felt more exciting or more disorienting... At Remagine Ventures, we’re falling in love with ideas at an unprecedented rate. - Companies are adopting new tools, enabling young startups to get traction - Models are improving monthly. Tooling is cheap. - It genuinely feels like the entire market is up for grabs. But beneath the excitement, there are real headwinds. - OpenAI reportedly ran at an ~$8B loss in 2025, with some predicting insolvency by 2027. It needs massive funding to keep the lights on - VC funding hit record highs, but AI now takes half of all VC dollars (which is increasingly concentrated in mega-deals) - Enterprise pilot → paid conversion sits at just 12% (McKinsey & Company, 2025) So while it feels like everything is possible, not everything is viable. If we're realistic, most AI startups will fall in one of these buckets: - Some companies will build enduring businesses - Some will find strong strategic buyers - Many will struggle quietly as economics, competition, and buyer expectations catch up. At pre-seed, the hardest part isn’t spotting what’s impressive. It’s spotting what’s resilient: 1) real wedges, not demos 2) painful problems, not cool tech 3) credible paths to distribution, not just early usage 4) founders who can navigate model shifts, pricing pressure, and buyer fatigue 5) a reinforcement learning advantage - the more data we get, the better the product becomes So when a founder tells me “everything is possible,” my next question is usually: What makes this company one that can last when the excitement fades?
