J.A. Røsholm (1818-1893) started a music store in 1856, and published from 1865, especially popular piano pieces by the Sydney Smith of Norway, Christian Teilman. Other composers were Adolf Hansen, Friedrich August Reissiger, Andreas Klewe and Halfdan Kjerulf. He sold out to his great-nephew Haakon Zapffe in 1893.
