Fratelli Carli, a Ligurian company active in the production of olive oil and Mediterranean gastronomic specialties for more than a hundred years, asked FaseModus Architettura to update the format of its stores.

The location of Ladurée tea room in Kuwait might stand as the quintessence of globalisation: a world-famous pâtisserie offering its exclusive macarons and pastries in a Parisian-styled boutique at a state-of-the-art, luxury mall in Kuwait where customers are invited to seat in an indoor terrace provided with a selection of Mediterranean-inspired furniture collections made in Spain.
