afghan food can seem complicated but here is the easiest afghan mantu filling recipe. this is a steamed dumpling filled with ground beef, onions, and spices. traditionally it is topped with a lentil sauce, you can top with any sauce of preference whether it be a yogurt sauce, simple tomato sauce, lentil sauce, meatsauce, etc.
