A NEW FAVE! Here’s what you’ll need: - 1 sheet of puff pastry - Boursin Cheese (any flavor!) - Bacon Jam - 1 egg (for egg wash) - Garnishes: hot honey, fresh herbs Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and unroll a thawed sheet of puff pastry. Place your unwrapped @boursincheese round in the middle. Top with bacon jam (or fig jam!) and trim off a bit of excess puff pastry. Wrap the puff pastry around the cheese and pinch the seams together. Brush with egg wash and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
