Actias Dubernardi(Chinese Moon Moth) -Female -China -(4.6 in wingspan). This particular specimen is 4.6 inches wide and 4.6 inches long(from top to bottom).
These are somewhat Rare, but not nearly as Rare as Actias Chapae(Celestial Moon Moth) or Actias Isis(Sulawesi Moon Moth).
They originate from mountainous cloud forests in southern China, where it is relatively humid and cold, and their natural host plant is an Asian pine tree (Pinus Massoniana).
