It works best when the arms has a reasonable length compared to their width.The version shown has a 32 mm c/c distance between the mounting screws in each element, and a 35 mm c/c distance between the screws in the two different pieces.

Print in place, snap shut catch to keep doors open or closed.Feel free to scale up or down to suit your application, at 100% the screw holes are 5.5mm diameter.This is a really big and quite strong clip, if you need something smaller please use my other design.You will also notice the render is slightly different then the 3D file, I removed some material to make the snap action smoother.
