I like okra but only if it is coated and fried. That is how I have always been until I tried dehydrating it. Once it is dehydrated it does not have that sliminess and tastes really good. I dehydrate our okra in 2 ways. Both are great. The first way we cut off the ends and discard them (actually we feed them to the ducks and chickens).
