1. Save Your Eggshells: Throughout the week, I save my eggshells in a container. Once I’ve collected a good amount, it’s time to get them ready for the plants.
2. Microwave to Dry: To make sure the eggshells are clean and dry, I pop them in the microwave for about 2 minutes. This helps remove any moisture and makes them easier to crush. (Pro tip: You can also bake them in the oven at 200°F for 10 minutes!)
3. Blend to Powder: Once they’re dry, I toss the eggshells into a blender and grind them into a fine powder.
