Baby Hummus 

NEW FOOD Chickpeas 

I love me some hummus and it is loaded with so many things baby needs protein, fiber, zinc, IRON the list goes on and on. I’m going to start slow because it could cause gas so I’m going to give him a little and see how he does. Please let me know if you try this one so yummy and healthy, if baby is older put it on some toast for them or on the side of a meal 

Ingredients: 
1 cup of chickpeas 
1 tsp olive oil
Squirt of small half of lemon 

-wash your chickpeas (make sure unsalted)
-put in food processor with 1/4 of water 
-blend and add another tablespoon and blend 
-add 1/8 tsp cumin
-add 1 tsp olive oil 
-squeeze a little lemon 
-Blend!
