To engage your students with their own development as writers, motivate them to care by showing your own interest and engagement with their process.

Be open to learn, unlearn, and relearn. We must always stay learning. Sometimes the most valuable lessons come from unlearning what we thought we knew and/or unlearning things that we were taught that were not true. Then relearning it the right way or the better way. A little reminder to keep our minds open and embrace the power of continuous learning and growth!
