Ingredients: 
You will need 1 sheet of puff pastry 
1 egg
2 tbsp granulated sugar 
1 package ready mix  vanilla custard
2 1/2 cups milk 
1 tsp vanilla bean paste 
Preparation:
Simply prepare the custard per package instructions adding the amount of milk needed. Flavor with vanilla bean paste. Set aside.
Cut the puff pastry into 2 or 3 strips.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the egg with 1 tbsp of water and brush the top of the puff pastry.
