1️⃣ Pull Apart Chicken Tacos

RECIPE - Makes 28 pieces
INGREDIENTS:
4 large chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
4 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup homemade salsa
4.5oz can of green chiles
1/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 Cutdacarb flatbreads

DIRECTIONS:

Easy , healthy and delicious! 

1. 1.5 cups chicken breast shredded - or a rotisserie chicken shredded 
2. 1 cups salsa - I used Pace 
3. 1/2 red and green pepper slices 
4. 1/3 onion slices 
5. 1 jalapeño sliced 
6. 2 tablespoons olive oil to sauce veggies + 2-3 tablespoons olive for cooking the tacos. 
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt , garlic powder, paprika, oregano, cumin 
8. 3/4 cup water 
9. flour or corn tortillas 10-12 
10. 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella or your choice cheese 
11. Garnish- chopped cilantro, jalapeño 

Chipotle Crema : Mix 
1. 1/2 cup sour cream 
2. 2-3 tablespoons chipotle adobo sauce 

1. Mix your chipotle Crema, and refrigerate until ready to use.
