All you need are some MXI pads ( I got over night ones ) Alcohol & scent free witch hazel Plain aloe Vera I opened the pads, cut the wing down the middle. Added a generous amount of aloe & smoothed it out! Added a generous amount of witch hazel , rolled them back up & put them in a gallon sized baggy for the freezer!!
