St. Martin of Tours. One cold winter day, Martin rode through town dressed in armor, helmet & cloak of lambswool. He saw a beggar, in ragged clothes & practically naked. No one reached out to help the beggar shaking & blue from cold. Compassionate Martin, took off his cloak, slashed it in 2 with sword, handed 1/2 to the beggar & put back on the other 1/2. That night Martin dreamed of Jesus wearing the 1/2 cloak he had given the beggar. Jesus said "See! this is the cloak Martin, gave me." YBH
