A breakfast of beans, tomato, scrambled egg and Scottish potato scones Scottish Potato Scones, Potato Scones Scottish, Potato Scones, Lemon Scones Recipe, Tattie Scones, Basic Scones, Scottish Breakfast, Healthy High Protein Breakfast, Scottish Dishes

Homemade potato scones are infinitely better than what you can buy in the shops. They can be cooked straight from frozen, so make a big batch (double or treble the recipe) to freeze and you'll never be short of delicious tattie scones for breakfast.I've made these vegan and gluten-free-friendly and they taste just as good. If using gluten-free flour I would recommend making your scones on the thicker side, as they can have trouble holding together if rolled out too thin.
