You guys know a good mac salad starts with bacon, right? So I got my dillini in a bowl and I'm going to cook off my bacon now. I got my pan smoking hot and I'm going to throw the bacon in there. I want it to get nice and crisp. It's going to add a little char. That's going to bring some extra flavor all that heat. When it looks like that, just set it aside. I'm using dillini today. We're going to just break that up and we'll start baking our salad. I start with a base of mayonnaise. Let's get a bunch in there. We're going to squeeze in some mustard. And we'll go ahead and start seasoning. I've got some garlic powder. We got a lot of pasta here guys. So be generous. We're going to go in with some black pepper as well. And I have some Lowry's seasoning salt. And this could get a little salty. So I'm just going to put one pinch of regular salt in there. We're going to throw some diced red onion. I have some gerkins. And the juice. Those are little sweet pickles. They're going to be perfect. We throw in that crispy bacon. And I'm going to put in some eggs. I like to just use this grate. Push the eggs right through there. Real simple. I have half a dozen. I just bought these little hard boiled eggs. They were like two bucks. Real easy. Saved me a lot of time. So once we get those in there we're going to just start mixing it up. I like to get that mayo mustard all mixed really good. Then I just start tossing it around. Super simple. Get it all really well incorporated. Make sure it looks good. Your hands are dirty so you might as well use those. Take a little bite. Guys this was delicious. Absolutely perfect. I would have that next to a burger all day long. What a treat. Thanks for watching. Cheers everyone.

1.5M views · 1.7K comments | easy & yummy pasta dinner | vegetable, meat, dinner, pasta | easy & yummy pasta dinner y'all, this pasta has lots of veggies and meat, and is so good! | By Kristin's Friends | Alright, y'all. One box of ziti pasta or penne, whatever, whatever y'all want. I'm going to take some cherry tomatoes. I diced these up. I'm going to put em right here. Alright. Have some diced up green pepper. That right there. Okay, y'all. Now, I have some some cube ham, diced ham. So, if y'all want to like make your own ham and then cut it. Go ahead but guess what? I'm not doing that. That's a lot of work. Gotta make a ham and then like cut it up. That that'll take like hours. Alright. We have some pepperonis here. Uh I got these mini pepperonis because I think they're cute but use whatever you like. Imma use this whole bag. Not this though. I don't think we should eat that. Alright, we also have some white onion, alright? So, I'm going to put that right in here. We're just going to do a little handful. Alright, let's see and then you know what? So y'all I want to tell y'all this. This recipe came to me from a little girl named Presley. Hi, Presley. So, she sent me this recipe and she's like, I think you should try it and I'm like, I'm going to because it looked real good. So, Presley, thank you for sending me this recipe. I'm really excited to show y'all this pasta dish, alright? So, we're going to move this to the side and Imma bring in my big bowl. Here I have two and a/ 2 cups of water. Alright. That's fun, right? Water in a bowl. Yay. Now, we're going to do two and 1/ 2 cups of milk. I'm using whole milk here. Y'all can use whatever kind but you know, I think whole milk is the best, right? Go big or go home. It's my motto in life. We're going to do something, do it all the way, right? Why why wouldn't you? Okay, there's a little piece of cat hair in there. That's alright though. I know some of y'all ain't going to be happy about that but guess what? It's live. Alright. We're going to take two, this recipe says two tablespoons of cottage cheese. So, oh wow. Okay and it says to splash it everywhere. So, I did that for sure. Alright. Um now, we have cream cheese, 8 ounces. I'm going to put that right on in. Okay, I'm making a big mess. Presley, did you think I was going to make a big mess? I bet you did because I always make a mess. 2 eggs. Plop plop. Okay. Now, we're going to do let's see little bit of red pepper flakes so let's see about a teaspoon or so that's a little more than a teaspoon but that's alright we're going to do a little bit of kosher salt about a teaspoon alright now we're going to do some fresh herbs I have some parsley here and we also going to put a little green onion in here just because you know what I like green onion y'all y'all know that though by now alright so now we're going to take our whisk and we're going to mix this all together I thought about using my trusty fork but you know what y'all for this one I actually think the whisk is going to be better alright because we got some eggs in here alright this looks real pretty so far alright y'all so y'all know sometimes some of y'all send me recipes and if I think they look good or or y'all are going to like em then I make em so again Presley and her mama sent me this about a week ago so I decided I was going to try it because it looks real good alright and and yeah we're using a few dishes here but I like how you just put the dry pasta in and then you just put everything together alright so once we have this mixed up pretty good I think we do my arms hurting already is that I can't talk never mind alright back here we go alright y'all so what we going to do here we just going to give this a little mix alright so we're going to mix all this together the pasta remember it's dry pasta okay and I put a little bit of olive oil on the bottom of the pan so dry pasta white onion tomato I was like, what else did I put in here? Sheesh. Uh green pepper, ham. That's a big chunk of ham and pepperoni and I use those little baby pepperonis but y'all can use whatever you like, alright? So, once we have everything kind of incorporated. I think that's good. I'm going to flatten this out and now I got a cat hair in my eye. Man, where's it? Okay. I gotta go to the bathroom. There's a cat hair in my eye. I feel it. Okay, y'all. Now, we're going to take this this mixture and we're going to pour it right on top of our pasta and vegetables. So Perfect. Look at that. Alright, we're going to get this picottage cheese I think. Alright, Presley. You know what, Presley? I'm excited to try this. It's a little more steps than I usually take but you know what? I think it's going to be real good. I like that there's vegetables in it and I like that we just put everything in one right on in one one pan. Alright, y'all. So, I have a piece of foil. I'm going to grab that. We're going to cover this with foil and put it in the oven at 350 for 40 minutes and then we have one more easy step. Alright, y'all. Man, this is heavy. I feel like I'm getting my workout here just like lifting these heavy pans. Alright. So, this I just took this out of the oven. This is the pasta that Presley sent me. So, here it is. Alright, the noodles are done. Yup, they're done. They're soft. So, now we have one more step before we eat y'all and I'm excited. So, we're going to top this. I have some mozzarella here. Um the recipe said to use shredded but I don't know. Uh I bought this so I'm going to use this this kind today, alright? So, it's already sliced which I like. So, we're just going to we're going to lay this right on top of our pasta and yeah, we're going to use the we're going to use the whole thing. Alright, we're going to use the whole thing. I love cheese and cheese loves me. DDD. Mhm. I was trying to think of something funny to say but it didn't happen. Alright. Trying to see how many slices we have here. Now, my oven's about to go off, alright? Okay. I'm like, hurry up, Kristin. Hurry up. Hurry up and beat the clock because now it's going to be like beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep while I'm still doing this. Look, I got 30 seconds y'all. Alright. So, I'm going to put this back in the oven on 350 until the cheese melts and starts to turn a little bit golden brown and then we're going to try this delicious pasta recipe that Presley sent us y'all. I'm so excited. Alright, y'all. Look at this. So, we have this pasta dish. Remember my friend, my little friend Presley sent it to me. So, Presley, we're about to try it. We put that mozzarella cheese on top and let it get a little brown. Um so, we're going to try it. I took it out of the oven a while ago but it's still pretty hot. So, oh this cheese on top. Wow. It's like pretty. There we go. Alright. Sorry y'all. I'm being loud. Alright. It's kind of like a lasagnaish. Okay, let's see. Let's see how this going to look y'all. I'm so excited. Okay, yeah. Kinda Well, sort of like a lasagna. Alright. Look at that y'all. Remember, we have our tomatoes, our pepperoni, our ham, some other stuff, some cheese, pasta. I don't know. Some other stuff. Alright, let's try. Green pepper. I could smell the green pepper. That's how I know. Alright. Get some of this cheese. Cheese is the best part. I mean, I don't know. It's all the best part. Okay, Presley. I'm so excited to try your recipe. I bet it's going to be so good y'all. Alright, it's going to be real hot too. Let's see. Make sure I have a a small enough bite. Just kidding. It's huge. Alright, y'all. Here we go. Presley. Presley, this is so good. Y'all y'all have to try Presley's recipe. It's so good.
