Turn off heat and let dough cool down for a few minutes then stir in your eggs one at a time till each egg is mixed in well (4 eggs total). Pipe dough with a star tip on parchment paper (you can use a doubled ziplock bag if you don’t have a pastry bag)and bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes till they are golden in color ( top & bottoms).
