/HELP

Not a FAQ. Nobody ever asked a single one of these questions.

How do I install the plugin?

Download and extract the ZIP, then follow the instructions in INSTRUCTIONS-English.txt.
Generally, you copy the PLUGIN-NAME.vst3 folder to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\, but please note that the plugin-specific instructions may include additional steps.

Can I get the plugin for macOs?

No.
Developing software for Apple devices is too expensive. If I make enough money to cover the costs with these plugins, I will reconsider.
P.S. Licences of the Windows versions will cover any future macOs versions.

Is an online activation required?

No.

Can I use the plugin offline?

Yes.

How many devices can I use the plugin on?

2

Can I download my purchase again?

Yes. Use your personal download link in your Order Confirmation email (search for 'INHA VST' in your inbox).

Will I need a new licence if there is a version update?

No.

Will a version update change an existing project?

I really can't see the future that clearly, so it's safer to assume yes.
Whenever there is a version update, your personal download link (in Order Confirmation email) will provide options to download either the version you purchased, or the latest version. If it directly returns a ZIP download, that means the version you purchased is the latest version.

Are these plugins safe/scam? Why so cheap/expensive?

These are the safest plugins I know, because I know what is in them.
INHA plugins do not contain or do anything extra, and are among the lightest and most resource-efficient plugins I use (no cap). I use the exact same versions of the plugins on a daily basis that I distribute on this website.

I have another question, feature request, or bug report. What now?

Please contact vst@inha.jp. Please include your order number if you have one.
Please bear in mind that these plugins are made and sold by an individual person on their spare time, and there are no office hours, no support team and no development team. Thank you for understanding.
