Education for All.

Supporting individuals with limited access to education and growing together – this is the goal of iSTEP.

What We Do

We specifically look for projects that can sustainably support disadvantaged people.

Disadvantages can take many forms. A person might be seeking asylum, orphaned, or have not received the education they were entitled to. iSTEP provides support, for example, in the form of multilingual training modules that can be conducted online or on-site, with or without supervision. Depending on the knowledge level, the content includes skills in Microsoft Office, multimedia skills, or learning programming languages.

To sustainably support these individuals, we rely on local support. Our partners share our vision and ensure that we stay in touch with participants after the initial on-site engagement. In addition, we support participants after the first engagement with our continuously growing online offerings.
