FRIED CHICKEN on Instagram: "Follow @friedchicken Honey Buffalo Chicken Bites 🎥 by @thecurrycountess Crispy, HONEY BUFFALO CHICKEN BITES. Made in the air fryer and glazed with a honey buffalo sauce. Recipe below. SAVE. Ingredients - 400g Chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces 1/2 tsp of each - Onion granules, garlic granules, ground black pepper, smoked paprika and salt. For dredging- 3 cups Corn flakes, crushed 1 egg, beaten - add 1 tsp Buffalo sauce and mix For the sauce- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce 2 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Melted butter Method Step 1 - In a bowl add the chicken pieces then mix in all of the seasonings, coating them well. Eliya Hachem on Instagram: "Chopped Banh Mi recipe: Lemongrass Chicken (makes 4 chicken thighs- I like to keep them for meal prep for the week): 4x raw chicken thighs (about 600g) 2 tsp lemongrass paste 1 tsp sweetener - I use monkfruit 2 tsp low sodium soy 1 tsp fish sauce 1 tsp rice wine vinegar Chilli Flakes Let marinate for 30 mins-1 hour or up to overnight (the longer the better) Airfry at 185c for 18-20 minutes (flipping halfway) - 1x roll - I use a 90g white sourdough roll (woolworths brand) - Veggies- I use my homemade pickled carrots, cucumber and red onion - *To pickle (optional): Slice each veggie thin, add to a clean jar and fill with 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt and shake it up- let sit for 20-30 mins - Lettuce - Spicy maggi seasoning (optional)
