EL PAN SIN GLUTEN MÁS FÁCIL Y RICO
1hr · 10 servings Ingredientes • 250 g de harina de avena (certificada sin gluten) • 80 g de harina de trigo sarraceno • 80 g de harina de garbanzo • 3 cdtas. (12g) de psyllium husk molido • 2 cdtas. (8 g) de sal • 1 cdta. (4g) de levadura seca de panadero o 12 g de levadura fresca • 400 ml de agua templada • ⠀⠀ • SUSTITUCIONES • Psyllium: puedes sustituirlo por goma guar polvo o 50 g de semillas de lino molidas. Pero queda mejor con psyllium. • Harina de garbanzo y de trigo sarraceno, puedes sustituirlas por algunas de estas: harina de arroz normal o integral, harina de yuca, de mijo, de teff. Son las más similares para sustituciones.

2hr · 12 servings Recipe: • -2 1/2 cups (310g) flour • -1/2 Tsp baking powder • -a pinch of salt • Mix • -1/2 cup (125ml) lukewarm plant milk • -1 Tbsp instant yeast • -1/3 cup (80ml) water • -2 Tbsp sugar • -2 Tbsp oil • Whisk together and add to the dry mix. • Knead for about 5mins (add more flour if needed). • Cover and let it rest for 1h. • Divide the dough in 12 pieces and shape into balls. • Flatten the balls, brush one side with oil and clap. • DIY steamer: place a colander over a pot with boiling water. • Steam for 10-12mins. • Fill them with tofu, veggies and things you like.

Cover and set aside for 30 mins. • In the meantime, boil: • -3 medium sized potatoes and mash them. • Add • -1 tbsp olive oil or vegan butter • And season with: • -salt & pepper, to taste • Cut the dough into equal portions, roll it out and fill with the mashed potatoes: • -vegan pesto of choice • -shredded vegan cheese • Brush with a little: • -olive oil or melted butter mixed with fresh herbs of choice • Serve hot and enjoy :)

Even if you’ve never baked anything in your whole life, you gotta try this bread. It’s made with only 4 ingredients within 4 hours and it tastes great! 😍 👩‍🍳 I used wheat or all purpose flour but feel free to sub it for spelt flour or half if it for whole grain flour. Much love RECIPE (10slices each 157cal/5P/31K/1F): • 3 cups (450g) flour (plus more for dusting) I used all purpose or wheat flour • 2 Tsp instant yeast • 1 Tsp salt • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) warm water Ingredients: • MIX all ingredients until you have a stricky, elastic dough • COVER and let it rest 2-3h • DUMP it on a working surface and DUST with more flour • FOLD IN the edges with a spatula then transfer to parchment paper • PREHEAT a pot at 230C/450F for 30mins in the oven/PUT the bread in the pot/BAKE 30m
