I named this chicken after my beloved boyfriend's mother. She made this once over the summer when I was in Virginia and it wasn't like anything else I had ever eaten! Chicken with Dried Beef, Bacon & Sour cream sauce Notes: Cube up meat. Layer beef, chicken then bacon. Use 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 8oz. sour cream, 1 can cream of mushroom and mix. No need to heat up in sauce pan, just mix and spread on top of meat. Can bake at 275° for 3 hrs. Good with rice as side.
