Collage zine design

REDACTED is a zine inspired by nightmares I was having of forgotten childhood trauma. A personal project that aimed to connect my nightmares with my childhood medical files. An attempt to make sense of my past, reclaim it and heal from it.

I made this poetry zine using pieces of found text from magazines and books. As I created these collages, references to uncertainty, the passage of time, and resilience in the face of disappointment emerged. I hope this zine will inspire you to make some collage art yourself :)
