**Ingredients:**
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for melting white chocolate)

**Instructions:**

1. **Prepare the Pan:**
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.

2. **Melt the Butter and Marshmallows:**
In a large saucepan, melt the 2 sticks of butter over low heat. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth. This will take about 3-5 minutes.

3. **Add Cinnamon and Vanilla:**
