Toss in juice of 1/2 🍋 

Ingredients for the Rice:
1 cup rice (I like jasmine or basmati)
2 cups water
1/2 tablespoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
bay leaf 

Per Bowl:
5 ounces cooked boneless, skinless, chicken thighs
4 grams fat free feta (Trader Joes has this)
2 kalamata olives
2 tablespoons Tzatziki (recipe in my meal prep cookbook but store bought works fine too)
