Here’s how to make them: 1. Grab your supplies. I bought a small, medium and large Jack O’Lantern from Target. I grabbed these specific ones because they are battery operated, with the battery compartment accessible from the bottom of the Jack O’Lantern (more about that later). I also purchased two containers each of beige and brown paint and a box of baking soda. I had a paint brush on hand, but you may need to purchase one. I also had the required batteries on hand, but you may need to purchase those, too. 2.
