Engage back  Tail bone down  Engage glutes (forward)  Engage hamstring (forward)  Push heel forward for high relevé  How often do we correct the front of our body in pirouettes? Keep your body square, shoulders over hips, touch your belly button to your spine, shoulders down, chin level, lift quads off of knee caps, etc!   But, what is so amazing to think about is… THE BACK OF YOUR BODY SUPPORTS THE FRONT!!!   Try this and let me know if it helps your dancers. Especially those with low relevé or passé because it helps to correct the pelvis.
