I have control over my life

Think about it. Fasting is the most powerful tool in your arsenal when it comes to your mental health. You see, mental health can be tricky.

I spent many years believing that outside circumstances dictated my mindset and reaction to a situation. It took me a long time to really assimilate that I although I do not have control over every situation or circumstance in my life... or even my initial reaction to it. Let go of the idea that you can control others' actions. We really only have control over ourselves and how we act. Everything in life happens for a reason let the things be their own way.
