Lash retention is always 50/50!💯 ✅ 50% is based on the lash artist’s isolation and placement technique, the environment of the lashing room (temperature and humidity), as well as the use of correct adhesives and extensions. ✅ The other 50% depends on the client's aftercare. Are your clients freaking out about their lashes falling out? 😰 If they are not properly educated on lashes, they might blame you for poor application! It is important that you let them know in advance that natural lashes grow and shed in cycles, and that it’s completely normal for some lashes to fall out! The general rule of thumb is that after about 3 weeks, they will lose roughly half of their lashes. So, be sure to remind your clients to book their infills every 2-3 weeks 😉
