The rise of party politics: Palace of Westminster is now available for wedding receptions and birthdays (just don't put them on expenses)

More than a dozen rooms in the Houses of Parliament will be made available for birthdays, wedding receptions and other celebrations in December. Prices have not been confirmed, but will be released in the Autumn.

Westminster Cathedral in London, UK

The largest Catholic church in the UK, completed in 1903 was designed in neo-Byzantine style. Its terracotta and white lining together with the architectonic style make it look rather exotic. Be careful not to confuse it with Westminster Abbey which is located near the Palace of Westminster.
