Rainbow Color Blocked Tassels - 

I used 2 20” x 30” sheets of tissue paper per color 

Fold each color long ways then short (or short then long, whatever you prefer)

Cut a 7ft long strip of 1/2” Ribbon

Layer your colors overlapping  2”. Rotate one layer on top of the ribbon and the next on the other side of the ribbon (this helps it blend better)

Cut! I prefer to cut as small as I can. I like thinner strips. 

Last but not least - SHAKE that tassel!! This step is very important and don’t be afraid to shake it like you mean it 😉
