40min · 2 servings JALAPEÑO HUMMUS 💚 RECIPE • 1 garlic bulb • extra virgin olive oil 3 jalapeños (or green chillis if you can’t find them) • 400g can chickpeas, drained & rinsed • 15g fresh coriander • 1 heaped tbsp tahini • 1/2 tsp cumin • juice 1/2 lemon • salt & freshly ground black pepper • to serve: extra sliced jalapeños & coriander Preheat the oven to 180°c (fan assisted)/390°f/gas 6.
