How does the game fit the theme?
You attack by drawing tokens from a bag, draw too many and your turn is lost!
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I made everything except for the character sprites and enemy sprites which I got from "32rogues by seth"

interesting concept, i'm looking forward for this project's future!
Cool. It’s pretty simple but fun. I like it.
I’m not sure if it’s my browser, but the display looks a little glitched out for me.
Thanks for trying my game! Could you tell me more about the glitchyness you're experiencing? Which part is glitching and when?
Sure. This is a screenshot:
Thanks for the screenshot I see what you mean. I did not experience this unfortunately, definitely something to look into!
Launching the game for the first time I made a naive mistake of choosing the old man...
Interesting gamble combat system, it definitely has a lot of potential and could be expanded on.
Keep up the good work!
the old man is secretly quite strong though! All his attacks are crits and due to his long lifespan he has a lot of hp! Thanks for playing my game, hope you enjoyed it!
gambling for your attacks is a great idea!
This is an absolutely brilliant idea for a combat system. While the implementation is a little basic, I could see this idea being expanded into a truly awesome and unique game. Great work, and I love your interpretation of the theme!
pretty fun! could definitely be expanded to a proper game
Very interesting game! I liked the concept and I would love to see it fully developed some day!
Congrats on the submission, you did great!
Very good game. It's a shame your ideas were cut because of time. this game can have alot of potential if polished.
cool game
