How does your game fit the theme?
The player is a teddy bear trapped in an infinitely looping washing machine; clothes manifest as enemies during loops and deals damage to the player if not dodged or destroyed.

I like this game, it's fun, and it's a unique twist on the theme actually! I didn't get at first how you fight white clothes (turns out you don't), and the whole "only up-down movement" in the rotating environment takes a while to figure out: where exactly you want to be to dodge an obstacle on a specific trajectory. I think it would help to start the game slower, then speed it up to crazy speeds, so new players have more time to figure out the conrols, trajectories, and general rules. Overall it's fun, addictive, and great looking game, good job!
Great execution of the theme! It took some time to get hang of controls, but after it was fun
Great idea for a game! We all had our favorite plushie at mercy of our washing machines and this game makes a great use out of that! Teddy controls fine and the concept of matching the colors is an interesting one and it would be 10/10 if the clothes didn't spawn one into another. Stil, had a great time with it!
Really fun game and cool idea. It got a little bit easier once I had the keys for the colors in the mussel memory. Maybe a good idea for a easier start would be to also to display the correct keys directly on the enemies, so if don't remember you don't have to look to the side. You could even integrate the letters of the keys in the design of the clothes. But great job making this fun game :)
I had such a big smile on my face playing your game. Really cool use of the theme and I liked the mechanic of switching to the matching aura. It's a bit difficult but totally fun. Congrats on submitting a game!
pretty darn hard but also pretty darn cool, I love the steel pan hit when matching auras with clothing!
enjoyed it somewhat . it really annoyed me that there is no option to move front or back even a little bit since it feels like some plain clothes cant be dodged at all. the music is on point
The idea is so good and I absolutely love the setting! :D The game itself has huge potential to be super fun but I think it's a bit too difficult to dodge the plain clothes - maybe their count is a bit high for the space in which you can move? And you have to play a while until you can remember which key you have to press in order to get the right color :'D But with a bit of tweaking here and there, it could be even more fun!
Oh, and I love the artwork, there's much work put into this! A really great and cute game you made there in just a few days :3
I really love the idea but oh my it requires much more coordination than I have haha
Glad you enjoyed it!
Wow those comments did not lie this was a difficult game. One piece of criticism: it's extremely hard to dodge stuff moving in a circle if most of its circumference coincides with your available travel path. A lot of times the white clothes would leave only a sliver of space to dodge and sometimes they appeared at the same time in a way that made it impossible to reasonably dodge both of them.
That being said, the art and style are really wacky and cute. Plus, it DID genuinely feel satisfying to hit those colors. The difficulty is just one factor of the game, and it definitely does not drown the experience. Solid, well made game, perhaps with a little more playtesting it would be greatly improved.
Also, another thing this game does really well has to do with its controls. It felt good to dive and come back up and even though the color changing took a second to get used to, it ended up working out quite well.
Excited to see where balance changes can take this gameplay! Especially since this game could be so easily adapted to a touch-screen interface.
This was a fun little game to play! Almost like a mini-game style kind of thing. Sometimes it did feel a little unfair though because I'd get 8 or so pieces of white clothing in a row. Maybe a sound effect for dodging or a smaller number of points would make those stretches of white clothes feel a bit less punishing
Very interesting game idea! Sound design is very good! The controls feel a bit weird, not entirely sure that I like 'Q', 'W', 'E' and 'Space' to be used vs 'A', 'S', 'D' and 'Space' I feel like would be a better fit so customizable controls would definitely help. Though I could see this being an enjoyable minigame in like a Mario Party setting!
Okay, this is my favourite game so far! Really creative take, really fun gameplay idea (I love that it's not just about dodging hazards but also to quickly hit the right hotkey to absorb them), great presentation, I'll come back to this until I've mastered it. Hope this one gets featured by Mark, it's the most creative interpretation of the theme I've seen so far!
This was great fun. I love the teddy animation and the spin cycle! :)
Thanks!
very fun game, interesting take on the theme and i love it! maybe a bit of a more in depth tutorial could have made it easier to understand, i felt a bit lost at the beginning, but game jam so understandable :)
if you have time, id really appreciate it if you could give me some feedback on my game (https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2025/rate/3780834) - its my first game jam and im looking to get better!
Cool idea, but it feels like you can die way to quickly. Game should probably be slower, or allow more movement to dodge.
I like the idea, but I found it quite difficult to actually see the white pieces of clothing coming.
Thanks for your feedback! Yeah, the white clothes are sometimes a little harder to see on some parts of the background, we'll maybe try to add a thicker outline

Great idea! It took me a while to understand that the white pieces of clothing should always be dodged. But the artstyle and sound design fit together incredibly well.
Thank you for your feedback! Will try to add more guidance, I might even put that in the description
Great one, but wow it's challenging! It feel extremely great to dodge the clothes with the right color, with the sound effect and all. Great job, really!
Thanks, we'll try to make it easier at the start
