Your Average rank is #77 in GMTK 2025! Congrats!

Here is the link with all the rankings:

I felt bad that there is no average score, because some teams aimed for all categories, not just one. So I just scrapped the results page and made a table. I agree with Mark that "Overall" is questionable, but I still think "Average" is a valuable score, so I decided to share it.

Congratulations on the project! I loved the idea!

I loved this. Great concept, well executed. My game ended prematurely when I somehow clipped through a wall while heading left down the slope into the park (below the awol band member). I couldn't really move from there and had to quit, but I'll play again later and avoid all walls!

It's a shame. Had a real banger of a track going on.

Glad you liked it! Sorry you got stuck, if it happens again you can press P to teleport to the starting area

Ah good to know, thanks. Played it again, with my wife, and we both loved it. Great game.

So this game is really fun but I think you need to fade the objects in the foreground like the houses and trees transparent when they get too close to the camera. I've attached a screenshot where a tree in the foreground is completely hiding everything else from view.

Other than that it's a great game! Nice little story haha. Great work! (Side note: your dialogue boxes were very nice and neat and I loved your art!)

Also I'd appreciate feedback on my submission if you get a chance!

Pretty fun! There's something about a limited sequencer that is particularly fun to noodle around on. With no limitations it can be hard to decide where to start, but given a forced 8-step looping sequence it's a lot easier to just relax and do whatever.

I didn't really play around with the effects until the end but they're also super fun.

I didn't realize that the trash can guy did not, in fact, have the final sound I was missing and was instead just a gate to the end of the game, so I ended up having to clear everything before getting the last sound, which was kind of too bad (I was hoping to add each of the sounds one at a time until I found all of them). I guess the game could maybe benefit from a built-in way to go back to a loop you had after clearing it, but that might be taking it too seriously :P

Short but sweet, tasteful and crunchy like a vinyl~~

Making funny little musics and jamming next to the cat was very fun uwu

This was such a delight!!! artwork really has charm and the audio mixing feels really fun like something i would have played on the 3ds. got stuck inside the wall but would happily play again

Okay my first 5 stars across the board. I love this one.

Finally, a sequencer in this game that's actually pretty decent to play with!  Plus the silly little drawings and interactions, what a lovely game.

Ok this is awesome.

The artstyle reminds me of those old flash stickman games.

Great job!

Great game! I love how you used the theme, sampling sounds was an awesome touch. I was pleasantly surprised by the effects you can add too. The artwork and sounds are well done and fit the game perfectly. Made some sick loops. Awesome job!

This is awesome! I absolutely loved playing through this haha, I only wish I had more than one loop to play with! really cool concept! (also I wish *all* the samples were in tune with each other, some are a little off!)

Yay for musical loops! The idea of walking around the location and recording sounds is a really original concept. I really enjoyed it) Also, the game looks very cute)

Really cute game concept executed really well. I love how you actually had to put specific samples into the song to satisfy people, and I'm always a sucker for scratchy MS Paint styled art. Really neat stuff!

really cool!!!! really like the idea of making music in order to progress in the game! also the art style really serves the concept in my opinion
