A Skiing Gnome, a Fawn and a Deer.

Hi Everyone I've been busy adding to my Christmas stash so I thought it was time to share a few cards with you.
All the stamps used in the cards below are from Lesia Zgharda. Lesia is in the Ukraine and still managing to design and sell her stamps so please support her if you can.
The images are all coloured with pencils and I used a Posca white fine tip pen for the white highlights.

I am so in love with this little fawn, he's so totally adorable and fits nicely into the ornament.
I filled the ornament with Glossy accent to make it look like glass.

And here's mum ♥

I'm entering my cards to the following Challenges

ABC Christmas - Indoors

The Holly and the Ivy- Anything goes
NUBUS- all new stamps

CAS Christmas Mid Month Reminder - Sparkle and Shine

Hi Everyone, it's time for CAS Christmas Mid month reminder, our wonderfully talented host Hideko wants' us to add some sparkle and shine on our cards.

I've used some deco foil stuck to the card using the heat embossing method with a Magenta bird house on a winter branch stamp. I stamped the card using Versafine Clair Nocturn and heat embossed with clear embossing powder then run through the laminator to foil it.
I stamped the Magenta sentiment in Versafine Clair Nocturn.
I hope you join us and make a few Christmas cards to add to your stash.

Heat Laminated Foil.

I finally broke down and bought a laminator to try out some foiling, I opted to go really cheap and small so picked up one from Amazon. OMG so much fun seeing those sparkly stamped images emerge.
I used some Decofoil transfer gel sponged onto my stamp, stamped the image and let it dry a little. I then run the foil and the stamped card through the laminator sandwiched between a sheet of printer paper. I found that was the best way to stop anything getting stuck between the rollers.

The first card is the stamp and foil, the foils is pretty blue colour but really hard to capture on camera.

The second card is the foil image after the stamp, it seemed a pity to waste such a pretty negative image. I stuck the foil to a piece of card.
