How it uses Jev

A user configures a typed question about selected Home Assistant entities. The integration sends their values to Jev and turns its probability, choice, or score into a sensor or automation response. Automations then use that entity or response in ordinary Home Assistant rules.

App workflow

  1. Configure a question

Choose entity values and a Noul, Choice, or Score question in the UI, YAML, or an action.

  2. Evaluate current values

Send the selected house state and typed question to Jev.

  3. Use the answer

Expose the result as a sensor or action response for a Home Assistant automation.

Why it is interesting

It connects a judgment model to Home Assistant’s existing sensors and automations, so users can define semantic conditions without giving Jev control of the automation engine.
